Happy 1st Birthday To Admiral Instruments! On February 14th 2017, Admiral Instruments officially began operations after months of pre-planning among our three co-founders. Long-time followers know that prior to the formation of Admiral Instruments, Matt Dion and I were selling precursors to our now our present-day Squidstat potentiostats through our previous company called MFC Systems. Things have changed for the better since then! Much has been accomplished in our first year. We had the good fortune of adding dozens of new customers using our Squidstat potentiostats. This can be attributed in large part to the release of the modern, easy-to-use Squidstat User Interface v2.0. This software is still in beta testing as we continue to collect feedback from our current collection of users who are helping us create new features. Our close partnership with Zahner Scientific Instruments in Germany has been a game-changer too. In our first year, we co-exhibited at several conferences and collaborated on a photo-electrochemistry webinar, among other achievements. As exclusive distributors for Zahner within the USA, we have worked with many customers seeking the type of high-end instrumentation Zahner specializes in.
